North Cascades Child Development Center is a full-service, state-licensed, child care center offering care for children 12 months to 12 years old with locations in Skagit and Whatcom County.

Our Mission
We assist families in our community by providing loving, quality, safe, and affordable care for children in an educational and developmentally appropriate environment. We seek to aid in four areas of each child’s growth: physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual (awareness of God). We hire the best-qualified staff available to provide the highest level of care possible for each child. It is our job to help each child develop a positive self-image through positive reinforcement in a calm, nurturing environment.
NCCDC Programs
We offer care for children ages 12 months to 12 years.
Toddler
Toddler classes serve children ages 12 months and walking to 29 months.
Schoolers Program
Non-school, school closure, and school break program for K through 6th grade.
Before & After School Program
Before and after school program for Kindergarten through 6th grade.
Drop-in Care
We offer Drop-in care for enrolled children on non-scheduled days when space is available.
